The following estimated expenses are illustrative only and subject to change. Please use the information to form a gross estimate of your budget. All expenses in US dollars.

Accommodation: $169/night (excluded taxes) at the Hilton Garden Inn, includes overnight accommodations, full breakfast buffet, WiFi access, in-room coffee and refrigerator, and use of the swimming pool and the fitness center facilities. Prices are both for single and double usage.

Registration: available for students (early bird $450/ late $500/ on-site $600), ACM members (early bird $625/ late $700/ on-site $750) and non ACM members (early bird $675/ late $750/ on-site $800), which include three-days lunches, all-day breaks, WiFi access, and evening receptions.

Local Travel: Taxi service from the Austin airport: $12.30 per person
