The registration system will be open shortly after the full paper submission deadline. The system that will be used for this purpose will be Regonline, provided by ACM.
Early, late or on-site registrations will be available, depending on the time you registered.
Moreover, three different registration categories will be available: students, ACM/SIG members and non ACM/SIG members. If you want to register to ACM, please follow this link.
Registration fees will include attendance to the conference for the three days (workshops&tutorials day and two days of the main conference), coffee breaks and lunches, and a light reception during the poster/demo session. A gala dinner might be included at a later stage, depending on registration numbers and sponsorships. In that case, all registered participants will be notified.
An approximation of the registration fees is below. Note that the fees will be finalised when the registration system will be open. However, we currently do not foresee any major changes.

Visa support letters for conference attendees can be provided by ACM as the official sponsor of KCAP2017. After having completed your online registration, please send your request to support email@example.com.
Please include the following information in your request:
– Full name (as it appears in your passport) and mailing address.
– Conference Name (K-CAP2017).
– Your registration confirmation number (provided once you register)
– Your paper title, if you are an author of an accepted paper
– A fax number or e-mail address where the letter should be sent.
The corresponding support letter from ACM should be received within approximately one week.
