The registration was made available through the Regonline system provided by ACM, following a 50% refund was offered if cancelling a registration before November 4th.
Note that early registrations were available until October 15th, late registrations until November 26th, while on-site registrations until the end of the conference.
K-CAP2017 offered three different registration categories: students, ACM/SIG members and non ACM/SIG members. New ACM memberships available at http://www.acm.org/membership/join.
Registration fees included attendance to the conference for the three days (workshops&tutorials day and two days of the main conference), coffee breaks and lunches, and a light reception during the poster/demo session.

Visa support letters for conference attendees was provided by ACM (as the official sponsor of KCAP2017), by sending a request to supportletters@acm.org after registering to the conference.
